As today is St David's Day it seems like the perfect time to share images of our family cafe bar in Wales.  My family have been buying and renovating property for about 20 years and became interested in the old Albion pub two years ago when the building had been for sale for a couple of years and was becoming dilapidated.  It is a grade 2 listed building right in the middle of town which is in Llanwrst's conservation area. As local residents they wanted to rescue it and renovate so that the building could become a viable and vibrant business once more.  They have installed sash windows, extended at the back, installed a state of the art kitchen and created a lovely contemporary Bar - Cafe - Bistro ambiance.

As well as good beer, wine and spirits, they are offering quality locally sourced, freshly cooked, traditional food at affordable prices in a friendly atmosphere.  Breakfast until dinner, eat in or take away.
